Winter Colthing Drive for Attawapiskat
Many of our own First Nations communities are living in Third World conditions. DDSB in partnership with the OPP have created a Winter Clothing Drive and Awareness Campaign. We are collecting clean, gently used WINTER clothing of all sizes Collection dates are Jan. 23 - Feb 3. Items should be bagged, clearly labelled AND NEATLY placed in the Stage Room. Summer Clothing Drive
It has been 2 years since the devastating earthquake and Hatians still need our assistance! We are collecting clean, gently used SUMMER kids clothing, footwear, bedding, towels, toiletries, etc. to be sent to a local church who will fill a train car and send the items directly to Haiti. Collection dates are Jan 16 - 26. Items should be bagged, clearly abelled AND NEATLY placed in the Stage Room.

Confident Kids
Parents: Come join us at Prince Albert P.S. on January 30th from 6:30 - 8:45 p.m. for an interactive and entertaining workshop where you will learn simple strategies to raising confident kids/teens. Cartridge Recycling
